How We Work?

Our Proccess

We fully work on email communication, ensuring you get a service fully planned and everything in order. This ensures a transparent and documented “paper trail” for every request and agreement between our companies.

  1. Payments & Compliance: All transactions are handled via SWIFT international transfer. You receive one monthly invoice from NEBAN; we take care of all local social taxes, benefits, and legal compliance in Chile.
  2. Selection & Vetting: Once you submit your requirements, our recruitment department initiates a 4-week dedicated search. We focus on three core pillars: technical proficiency, English language mastery, and soft skills. There is a search fee for this stage to guarantee a deep assessment of each candidate.
  3. Direct Communication: Once the personnel is onboarded, they integrate directly into your workflow. The professional will be available for direct communication with you via video calls or any internal platform your company requires. While administrative matters stay with us via email, the technical day-to-day is 100% direct between you and the talent.
  4. Legal Framework & Taxes: For your security, our partnership is governed by a Master Service Agreement (MSA), which establishes the general terms of our relationship. Once we finalize the recruitment phase, we issue a specific Statement of Work (SOW) for each hire.

In the SOW, we define:

  • The professional’s specific role and technical responsibilities.
  • Monthly payment terms and maintenance fees.
  • Project duration and milestones.

This document acts as the specific roadmap for each talent integrated into your company. Additionally, we provide the W-8BEN-E form and international invoicing to facilitate your IRS compliance and ensure the process is 100% tax-efficient for your company.
